We have brokerages with Bendigo Health, Goulburn Valley health and have supported clients whilst they visiting the area, holidaying, through referrals from other Aged Care Agencies.
We provide, personal and home care in the client’s home, as well as social supports to get out and about in the community.
This year we will be providing Aged activity groups at our centre and in the community. We have an accessible bus which is used for social supports.
Having independence in life is important to all of us. Our In-home care services come to you so you can remain in your own home for as long as possible. That might mean a little help with the cleaning or transport, right through to dedicated personal care.
