Supporting participants to learn garden maintenance and landscaping skills by a qualified horticulturalist.

We have one participant who has been in this program and is now about to start an apprenticeship with the support of staff. Also they have done house cleaning, washed cars.

Participants have access to all the equipment to enable them to complete tasks in the Garden Crew and are provided a uniform.
